Receta Tuna Macaroni
Ingredientes
- 1 can Tuna
- 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup cut Red Bellpepper
- 1 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup cut Spring Onions
- 1/4 tsp. Herbs(Rosemary, Thyme, Fennel)
- 1 tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 tsp. Mayo
- 1 tsp. cut Cashews slighly crushed
- 1 tsp. dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Macaroni Pasta
Direcciones
- Boil Macaroni for 10 min and then wash it in cold water.
- In a pan, take Olive oil, add Cumin seeds when the oil is hot enough.
- Add canned Tuna to the oil and mix well with herbs
- Mix Onion and Red Bell pepper to the Tuna
- Mix it well with Macaroni
- Cook it for 5 min. Remove from Stovetop
- Add Mayo, Cashews and dried Cranberries
- Garnish it with cut Spring Onions
