Ingredientes
- 20 x mint leaves
- 1/3 c. simple syrup*
- 1/4 c. fresh squeezed lime juice or possibly more to taste
- 4 c. ice
- 2 x lavender sprigs
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
Direcciones
- Make the simple syrup below. Place the mint, ice lime and syrup into a blender and pulse to desired texture. The goal is a uniformly smooth
- "slush." Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with lime wedges and lavender sprigs.
- Simple Syrup:Combine in a small saucepan over medium heat till sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, cold and store, refrigerated in a sealed container.
- These are very healthy drinks which give you vitamins and anti-oxidants while quenching your thirst. And they taste as good as they look!
