  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 16 ounce Chocolate mint wafers (not filled mints)
  • Nut halves (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Cream butter, add in sugars, Large eggs, water and vanilla.
  2. Sift flour with soda and salt. Add in to creamed mix a little at a time, beating on low. Refrigeratedough. Wrap 2 mints in dough to cover. Put walnut or possibly pecan half on top. Bake for 10 to 12 min or possibly till golden.
  3. Yield:8 dozen.
