- 6 c. Cantaloupe Cubed
- 3/4 c. Orange Juice
- 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp Mint Extract
- 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 8 ounce Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Plain Nonfat Yogurt
- Â Â Mint Sprigs Optional
Direcciones
- Place 3 c. cantaloupe and next 3 ingredients in a blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add in remaining 3 c. cantaloupe; process till smooth.
- Combine the cantaloupe mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla yogurt in a large bowl, and stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill. Garnish each serving with a plain yogurt swirl and a mint sprig, if you like.
