Receta Mix Vegetable Meatball Soup
Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd lean meat
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm. garlic, finely minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
Direcciones
- Combine the above ingredients and shape into meatballs. Bake till browned or possibly you can fry this in a little fat till nicely browned. Transfer to saucepan and add in 8 c. water over meat. Bring to a slow boil and simmer covered for about 45 min to 1 hour and add in this: 1/2 c. diced carrots 1 sm. diced onions 1 c. green beans 1 c. diced tomatoes, seeded Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 c. minced parsley
