Receta Mixed Berry Crisp

Ingredientes
- 5 c. mixed fresh berries, (about 3 pints)
- Â Â such as raspberries or possibly blueberries
- Â Â and sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. quinoa flour
- 1 c. quinoa flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 1 lrg egg, lightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted

- Fresh berries star in this lovely dessert which uses quinoa flour in the topping. Serve with a scoop of frzn vanilla yogurt or possibly whipped cream.
- Preheat oven to 375F. In large bowl, combine berries, sugar and quinoa flour.
- Toss gently to coat proportionately. Transfer berry mix to 8-inch square baking dish.
- Prepare topping: In medium bowl, combine quinoa flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt and mix well with fork. Make well in center of flour mix, add in egg and stir with fork just till mix is blended.
- Sprinkle flour mix proportionately over berries, then drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake till top is lightly browned and filling is bubbly, about 40 min.
- Transfer to wire rack and cold slightly. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
