Receta Mixed Cheese And Spring Onion Rolls

Ingredientes
- 6 x Crisp bread rolls, (available from the ASDA in-store bakery)
- 4 med Free-range Large eggs
- 200 ml Skimmed lowfat milk
- 40 gm Edam cheese, grated (Lower Fat Cheddar Style) cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Pecorino cheese, (optional)
- 3 x Spring onions, sliced
Direcciones
- 1. Cut the top off each roll and pull out the soft bread from the centre leaving a shell approximately 1cm / 1/2 inch thick. Place rolls on baking sheet.
- 2. Beat the Large eggs with the lowfat milk, add in the cheeses and the spring onions.
- Divide the mix between the rolls.
- 3. Bake at 200 C/400 F/Gas Mark 6 for 20 min or possibly till the filling has set.
- 4. Serve warm or possibly cool.
