Receta Mixed Greens With Tarragon Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 x shallot chopped
- 4 tsp tarragon white-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon leaves or possibly 1 crumbled tsp. dry
- 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 8 c. torn mixed baby greens such as red or possibly green oak-leaf and Lollo
- Â Â rosso lettuces (available at specialty produce markets and some supermarkets), rinsed well and spun dry
Direcciones
- In a large bowl whisk together the mustard, the shallot, the vinegar, the tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste, add in the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing till it is emulsified. Add in the greens and toss the salad well.
- Serves 8.
