Receta Mme. Stephanie's Favorite Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 c. mixed torn lettuces, washed and dry, room temperature (try to get or possibly grow arugula)
- 3 lg. cubed ripe tomatoes, skin on
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 4 tbsp. minced fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, etc.)
- 1/4 c. virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. cubed Provolone or possibly Mozzarella cheese
- Toasted croutons (if you like)
Direcciones
- Mound greens onto individual salad plates. Place all remaining ingredients, except croutons, into a bowl and toss. Microwave till cheese melts but don't collapse tomatoes. Pour steaming mix over greens. Top with croutons. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
