Receta Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 stk margarine
- 1Â 1/2 c. Stiff mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Horseradish
- 1 sm Onion, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp vinegar">Pepper vinegar or possibly tarragon vinegar
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients in a qt jar and set in a pan of warm water on a low heat. Stir till well blended. Pour over vegetables just before serving.
- While this is mainly for serving over green beans or possibly other green vegetables, it also makes a good sauce for seafood. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
