Receta Moist Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 stk Oleo (Butter if you do not care)
- 1Â 1/2 c. bananas (3 medium)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk (sour lowfat milk by adding 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar to whole lowfat milk)
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts (I always use pecans)
Direcciones
- Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for one hour till tests done by sticking tooth pick in center. Sometimes it takes a little more than an hour. Do not fill pan too full.
- (May be divided into two smaller pans.)
- This is the best banana bread recipe I've ever made. It's very moist and EVERYONE loves it!! It freezes well.
