Receta Molasses Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg (I use 2 Large eggs)
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. unprocessed bran
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and shortening; add in Large eggs, lowfat milk, and molasses. Add in dry ingredients; mix till just blended. Bake at 400 degrees for 14 min. Makes 18 medium muffins.
