- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter

- Combine crumbs and butter and press into pan or possibly dish (12 x 8 x 2 inch) 1 sm. pkg. orange Jello 1 c. nuts, minced 3/4 c. sugar 1 c. warm water 1 c. lowfat sour cream 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. diced fresh oranges 1/2 c. coconut
- Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Dissolve Jello and sugar in warm water. Stir in pineapple juice refrigeratetill partially set. Add in lowfat sour cream and vanilla and whip till fluffy. Mix in pineapple, oranges, coconut and nuts. Pour over crumb crust and refrigeratetill hard.
