Receta Molded Cranberry And Orange Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. raw cranberries, minced or possibly whole berry cranberry sauce, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. orange sections, minced
- 1/3 c. walnuts, minced
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
Direcciones
- Soften gelatin in cool water. Stir in a double boiler over boiling water till dissolved. Add in orange juice, sugar and salt. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Add in lemon juice and grated orange rind. Refrigeratetill partially set. Mix in cranberries, orange and nuts. Put in mold or possibly pan. Refrigeratetill hard. Serve with turkey.
