Receta Molded Cranberry Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. strawberry Jello
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 can cranberry sauce, jellied or possibly whole berry
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 4 mashed bananas (mash with pastry blender)
- 1 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Dissolve Jello in warm water. Add in cranberry sauce to Jello and allow to cold slightly. Add in pineapple and bananas and allow to partially set. Whip cream and fold into Jello mix. Pour into fancy mold or possibly shallow dish. Serve with lowfat sour cream garnish. This is our family's holiday tradition! Serves 6 to 8.
