Receta Mom's Banana Bread
This is a basic banana bread recipe but its great! I figure if it's not broken, don't fix it, right?
Ingredientes
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 4 Large Mashed Bananas
Direcciones
- Combine the sugar and butter (softened) and blend well
- Add the eggs one at a time
- Add flour 1/2 Cup at a time along with baking soda
- Add the mashed bananas to the mix and mix well
- Optional: Chocolate Chips, chopped nuts (1/2 Cup)
- Place the mixture evenly between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for approximately 50 minutes at 350 degrees
