Receta Mother's Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. soft shortening
- 1 1/2 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2/3 c. crushed bananas
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Mix together thoroughly 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. honey and 2 Large eggs. Mix together and add in: 1 tsp. baking soda, 3 Tbsp. water and 2/3 c. crushed bananas. Mix together and add in: 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1/4 tsp. salt; sifted. Add in 1/2 c. nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 65-70 min in bread pan, or possibly angel food cake pan.
