- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 lg. large eggs
- Buttermilk (sufficient to thickness desired)

- Mix all ingredients together. Fry on pancake griddle. Better if marinated overnight and eaten the next day.
