  • 1 c. Pancake mix
  • 1 c. Yellow Cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  •     Oil for frying, 350 deg. F

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in lowfat milk slowly till "dough" is very thick, dry and crumbly, or possibly just sticks together well sufficient to create a ball when rolled between the hands.
  2. Deep fry for 2-3 min, till light golden.
  3. Drain on paper towels, serve warm. Great with spaghetti!
