Receta Justin Wilson's Hush Puppies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cornmeal
- 1 x Grnd cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Plain flour
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Green onion, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Soda
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon drippings, warm
- 1/2 c. Parsley, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr (to taste) Deep fat for frying
Direcciones
- Combine all dry ingredients. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, onions, and oil or possibly bacon drippings. Mix well. Drop in deep warm fat by spoonfuls and brown on all sides. Now, I said above which this makes 48, I've never counted, so I do not know for sure. But it sure does make a bunch. The main reason why I said 48 is because the program, MenuMaster, will not let you past which field unless you tell it something.
