Receta Mom's Macaroni With Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Round steak
- Â Â Onions, minced (to taste)
- Â Â Bell pepper, minced
- Â Â Paprika, to taste
- Â Â Garlic, to taste
- Â Â Stewed tomatoes, 2 cans
- Â Â Oregano, to taste
- Â Â Salt and pepper, to taste
- Â Â ds MSG
- Â Â Mushroom pcs, can (opt)
- Â Â Celery, liquified (opt)
- 8 ounce Elbow macaroni
- 1 c. Cheddar, sharp, grated
Direcciones
- Slice steak into thin strips about 3 inches long. Brown in oil in bottom of pressure cooker. Add in onions, bell pepper and paprika; cook, but do not brown. Add in garlic (Mom used a spoonful of garlic grnd in oil).
- Add in stewed tomatoes and spices. If not tomato doesn't seem strong sufficient, add in small can of tomato paste or possibly sauce. (Do not add in if can avoid it.) Add in blended celery at this point, plus mushroom pcs. (Liquid would make it unnecessary to add in tomato paste, she says.)
- Add in 8 ounce box of macaroni and push beneath liquid, making sure all is covered. Put on cover and add in weight of 15 pounds, over high heat. After starts popping, cook 4-5 min, but no longer. Let pressure off, remove lid and stir in cheese. Serve.
