Receta Mom's Pumpkin Nut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 2 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 c. raisins or possibly chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream shortening. Add in sugar gradually. Cream till light and fluffy. Add in egg and pumpkin, mix well. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and spices together. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix till blended. Add in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
