Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1 apple, grated
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in carrots, raisins, apple, and coconut. In bowl, beat Large eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir in flour mix till just combined. Fill well greased muffin tins. Fill to top. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees. Makes 14 large muffins.
