Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 c. Onion, minced
- 1 can Tomatoes, broken up (16 ounce)
- 2 can Tomato sauce, (8 ounce ea)
- 1 c. Chives, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Frigo Parmesan cheese wedge, grated
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp Red peppers, crushed
- 1 pkt Creamette Mostaccioli, (1 lb
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, soften
- 1 c. Fringo Mozzarella cheese, grated
Direcciones
- In large skilled cook grnd beef and onion; drain excess fat. Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, olives, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, oregano and crushed pepper. Simmer 15 min. Prepare Creamette Mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain.
- Toss with soften butter. Arrange in a 3 qt shallow baking dish; pour on meat sauce; top with Mozzarella. Place under broiler 2 to 3 min till cheese melts.
- 8-10 servings.
