Receta Mother's Pumpkin Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Mazola
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2/3 c. water
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and oil, add in Large eggs and mix well. Stir in the pumpkin and vanilla. Add in the water and dry ingredients. Bake in 3 greased bread pans at 350 degrees. Test after 1 hour.
