Receta Mr Food's Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 29 ounce Canned tomato sauce
- 1 c. Water
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb Grnd chicken
- 1 c. Uncooked instant rice
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 6 lrg Bell peppers (red, green and/or possibly yellow), tops removed and seeded
Direcciones
- In a soup pot, combine tomato sauce, water, garlic pwdr, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Remove 1 c. of the mix to a large b owl and add in grnd chicken, rice and onion; mix well. Stuff bell peppers equally with the grnd chicken mix and place in the soup pot. Spoon some sauce from the pot over the bell peppers. Cover and cook over Low heat 55-60 min, or possibly till chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Serve with additional sauce from the pot spooned over the peppers.
