Receta Mr Food's Cream Of Asparagus And Seafood Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 sm Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Clam juice
- 1 can Condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 lb Imitation crabmeat, cut up (1 c.)
- 9 ounce Pkg. frzn cut asparagus, thawed/liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, heat butter over Medium heat. Add in onion and cook 5 min, or possibly till tender. Add in clam juice, cream of asparagu soup and lowfat milk.
- Slowly bring to a boil, stirring often. Add in crabmeat and asparagus, reduce heat to Low. Add in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper; simmer 5 min.
- Serves 4.
