Receta Broccoli, Ham And Cheese Roll Ups

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt refrigerated crescent rolls - (8 ounce)
- 2 can deviled ham - (3 ounce ea)
- 1 pkt frzn broccoli spears - (10 ounce) cooked according to package directions, liquid removed, cooled
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 jar Cheese Whiz - (8 ounce)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 dsh freshly-grnd white pepper
Direcciones
- Separate dough along perforations into 8 triangles.
- Divide ham between the dough triangles; spread proportionately.
- Divide broccoli into 8 equal portions, placing 2 pcs along wide end of triangle with floret facing out; roll crescent from wide to narrow end.
- Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 15 to 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- In medium saucepan, heat butter over medium heat; add in flour and whisk to blend; cook 1 minute. Gradually add in lowfat milk and continue whisking till sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese, mustard and pepper. Cook 3 to 5 min. Spoon over baked crescents.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
