Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Flank steak -- trimmed
- 1 c. Soy sauce
- 1 c. Duck sauce -- (or possibly plum)
- 2 tsp Garlic -- minced
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil

- Pierce the steak with a fork, and cut into 1/2-inch strips; place the steak in a plastic bag or possibly large bowl. In a medium-sized bowl, make a marinade by combining the remaining ingedients, except the oil. Pour the marinade over the steak; cover and chill for 1-3 hrs, turning the steak halfway through. Remove the steak from the marinade, drain, and pat dry with paper towels; throw away remaining marinade. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly a large, deep skillet over high heat. Add in the steak and cook for 3-4 min, tossing frequently till cooked through.
- Yield: 3-4 servings (with rice)
