Ingredientes
- 4 x Chicken leg quarters
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 1/2 c. Raspberry jam --
- Â Â (red/seedless)
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken leg quarters in a large baking pan which has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray; sprinkle the chicken with the salt and black pepper, then drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 45-50 min, or possibly till the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients to make a raspberry sauce; mix well. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute, till the sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a serving platter. Top with the sauce and serve.
