Receta Mr Food's Lime Margarita Bars 5

Ingredientes
- 2 c. (8oz)
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 can (14oz)
- 3 x Large eggs -- lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Fresh lime juice
- 4 tsp Lime peel -- grated
- Pretzels -- finely crushed
- Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9"x 13" baking dish with aluminum foil, allowing the foil to hang over the sides. Butter the foil and set aside. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the pretzels, sugar, and 1/2 c. butter. Firmly press over the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake till the crust is hard, about 10 min; remove from the oven and cold slightly, leaving the oven on. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour into the cooled crust. Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till the center is hard. Cold completely on a wire rack. Pull up the ends of the foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars.
