- 1 can (2 25z) C.)
- 1 sm (1/2C)
- 1/4 c. Ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Salsa
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 ounce Can

Direcciones
- Place the potatoes in a medium-sized saucepan and add in sufficient water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for 15-20 min, till fork-tender; drain and cold. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch cubes; place the potatoes in a large bowl and add in the dressing mix. Toss gently till well blended; cover and refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
