Receta Mrs. Fields' Soft And Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/4 c. dark brown sugar - (packed)
- 1Â 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter softened
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
- On medium speed, in large bowl, blend sugars; add in butter, mix till grainy consistency. Add in Large eggs, peanut butter and vanilla; beat till fluffy. On low speed, add in flour mix till barely mixed into butter mix.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonsful, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Use a wet or possibly flour coated fork to gently press a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie.
- Bake till the edges of the cookies are lightly browned, approximately 18 to 20 min. Remove to cold on a flat surface.
- This recipe yields about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
- Comments: Two c. of semi-sweet chocolate chips may be added the same time as the flour if you like. Bake as usual.
