- 1 loaf Italian bread, unsliced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon crumbled oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch slices. Blend butter, parsley, oregano, dill, and garlic together. Spread bread slices with butter mix and reshape into a loaf. Shape foil around loaf - boat fashion, twisting ends and leaving top open.Sprinkle top liberally with Parmesan cheese and some extra parsley flakes. Heat in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 min.
