For those nights when you know you'd eat the whole pan, this a good way to avoid doing that.

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c flour
  • little salt
  • 2 T cocoa powder
  • 2 T olive oil (gives it a nice fruity, floral flavor, you could use canola too)
  • 3 T water

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a coffee mug. It doesn't rise a whole lot so a normal size mug should be fine.
  2. Add in oil and water and stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Microwave for about 1 minute 40 seconds.
  4. You can put ice cream on top, or stir in chocolate chips or chunks of candy bar. So delicious.
