Receta Nancy's Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 dsh salt
- 2 x egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter flavoring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 x baked pie shell
Direcciones
- Method:1. Fold in a medium saucepan and cook till thick the white sugar, cocoa, lowfat milk, flour, dash, salt, egg yolks, and butter flavoring. Add the vanilla and margine and remove from heat. Let cold.
- 2. Put into baked pie crust and top with your favorite meringue recipe. Cold in refridgerator.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- This is a wonderful pie which my grandmother Nancy Harding Clark use to make for me. It has been a family favorite for years and I share it in her loving memory.
