Ingredientes
- 600 gm cooked rice
- 75 gm shredded and grilled salted fish (meat only)
- 75 gm dry prawns
- 1 c. toasted and pounded grated coconut
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 2 x turmeric (kunyit) leaves
- 10 x young kaduk leaves
- 6 x kaffir lime leaves (daun limau purut)
- 2 stalk polygonum (daun kesom)
- 3 x cekur leaves
- 2 stalk basil (selasih)
- 5 x mint leaves (daun pudina)
- 1 x wild ginger flower (bunga kantan)
- 5 x shallots
- 1/2 tsp salt or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. sugar or possibly to taste
- 1 cube ikan bilis stock granules
- 3 Tbsp. water
Direcciones
- Method:STEAM overnight cooked rice till soft. Put rice in a large basin. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok; saute/fry dry prawns till fragrant. Add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well. Dish out and mix with the rice. Combine the rest of the sliced vegetables or possibly 'ulam-ulam'. Toss well and serve.
