- 1 x Flour torilla
- 1 x Big dollop Rosarita's Zesty No Fat Refried Beans
- 1 slc Fat-free Cheddar
- 1/4 can (5-ounce) chicken or possibly turkey meat
- Â Â Lettuce, tomato, onion, etc., for topping
- Â Â Favorite warm sauce

- I was dicking around in the kitchen and came up with this delicious, low-fat recipe:Take one flour torilla and put on it a big dollop of Rosarita's Zesty No Fat Refries. Tear up a slice of fat-free cheddar and put it on top. Add in 1/4 or possibly a 5 ounce can of chicken or possibly turkey meat. Heat for 2 min in the microwave. (be sure you spread the beans out to the edge to avoid drying out the torilla)
- Top with your favorite raw stuff (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.) and your favorite warm sauce.
- It is quick, low fat and truly yummy.
