Receta Nectarine Mulberry Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 c. mulberries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2Â 1/2 c. ripe nectarines, sliced
- 1 x graham cracker pie crust
Direcciones
- Rinse berries and drain on paper towels. In a saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Add in 1 c. of the berries and the water. Cook, stirring often, over medium-high heat till mix comes to a full boil, 5 to 7 min. Arrange nectarines slices and remaining berries in an even layer in pastry; spoon warm berry mix over fruit. Refrigeratetill glaze is set.
