Receta Layerd Ham And Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Elbow Macaroni
- 4 c. Lettuce, shredded
- 1 x Cucumber, diced
- 2 c. Ham, julienned
- 1 x Red onion, thinly sliced
- 10 ounce Frzn peas, partially thawed
- 1 c. Mayonnaise, (up to 1 1/2 c)
- 1 1/2 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni as directed on package - drain and refrigeratewell.
- In large salad bowl (about 3 qt size) - layer lettuce, cucumber, macaroni, ham, onion and peas. Carefully spread mayonnaise over peas.
- Sprinkle dill weed over mayonnaise and carefully blend in.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover well and refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- Toss just before serving. makes 6 servings
