Receta Neiman Marcus Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Flour
- 5 c. Blended* oatmeal
- Measure before blending
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 24 ounce Chocolate chips
- 8 ounce Grated hershey bar
- 3 c. Nuts
Direcciones
- * Blended oatmeal - Measure first then put in food chopper to a fine pwdr.
- Cream butter and both sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal pwdr, salt, baking pwdr and baking soda. Add in chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 min at 375 degrees. This makes 112 cookies.
- This recipe can be divided in half very easily.
