Ingredientes
- 2 lg. ripe bananas
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 healthy pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Mash bananas in mixing bowl with fork. Add in sugar, stirring in. Fold in melted butter and blend well. Add in sifted dry ingredients to mix and blend well. Pour mix in greased 8 1/2 x 4 inch bread pan. Bake 50 to 60 min in 350 degree oven.
