  1. Remove casing from sausage. Combine sausage and grnd meat. Add in bell pepper, celery and onion. Beat the egg and add in the garlic, sage, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste and red wine to the egg. Beat, then add in the egg mix to the meat and blend well. Fold in the bread crumbs. Shape meat into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with the rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till meat tests done. Let sit in pan for 7 to 10 min before removing and slicing to serve.
