Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. margarine melted
- 3 pkt Equal sweetener
- (or possibly 1 tspn Equal for Recipes or possibly 2 tbspns Equal Spoonful)
- 2 pkt reduced-fat cream cheese - (8 ounce ea) softened
- 1 pkt fat-free cream cheese - (8 ounce) softened
- 18 pkt Equal sweetener
- (or possibly 5 1/2 tspns Equal for Recipes or possibly 3/4 c. Equal Spoonful)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 x egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pt strawberries (optional), sliced
- 1 pkt frzn unsweetened strawberries - (16 ounce) thawed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 pkt Equal sweetener
- (or possibly 1 3/4 tspns Equal for Recipes or possibly 1/4 c. Equal Spoonful)
Direcciones
- Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, margarine, and 3 packets of Equal sweetener or possibly 1 tsp. Equal for Recipes or possibly 2 Tbsp. Equal Spoonful in bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Reserve 1 Tbsp. of crumb mix. Pat remaining mix proportionately on bottom and 1/2 inch up the side of the pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till crust is lightly browned, about 8 min. Cold on wire rack.
- Beat cream cheese and 18 packets Equal sweetener or possibly 5 1/2 tsp. Equal for Recipes or possibly 3/4 c. Equal Spoonful in a large bowl till fluffy; beat in Large eggs, egg whites, and cornstarch. Fold in lowfat sour cream and vanilla till well blended. Pour mix into crust in pan.
- Place cheesecake in roasting pan on oven rack; add in 1-inch warm water to roasting pan. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven just till set in the center, 45 to 60 min. Remove cheesecake from roasting pan, sprinkle with reserved crumbs and return to oven. Turn oven off and let cheesecake cold in oven with door ajar for 3 hrs. chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Remove side of pan; place cheesecake on serving plate. Serve with strawberries and Strawberry Sauce.
- This recipe yields 16 Cheesecake and 16 Strawberry Sauce servings.
- Serving size: 1 slice Cheesecake, 1 oz Strawberry Sauce.
