Receta No Bake Lime Pie

- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1Â 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Â Â yolks of 3 large Large eggs
- 2/3 c. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 stk butter or possibly margarine
- Â Â cut in small pcs
- 2 tsp finely grated fresh lime
- Â Â peel
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 x graham cracker crust
- Â Â sweetened whipped cream and
- Â Â lime slices
Direcciones
- (1) Mix sugar and cornstarch in a med. saucepan. Whisk in lowfat milk till smooth, then yolks till blended. Stir in lime juice. 2. Add in butter and whiks constantly over med. heat 7-9 minutes., just till boiling. Remove from heat and stir 1 minute longer. Stir in lime peel till blend3d. Cover surface with plastic wrap to keep a skin from forming and chill till cold, about 1 hr. 3. Gently whisk in lowfat sour cream till well blended. Pour into pie shell. Cover with reserved plastic lid and chill at least 6 hours. till set or possibly up to 2 days. 4. Shortly before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.
