Receta No Boil Baked Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce lasagna noodles
- 1 pound hamburger meat
- 30 ounce spaghetti sauce
- 24 ounce cottage cheese
- 8 ounce plain yogurt
- 10 ounce sliced Mozzarella cheese
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger meat. Mix meat and sauce together. In separate bowl mix together cottage cheese and yogurt. Put a couple drops of meat mix in 9 x 13 inch pan and spread. Put half of noodles in bottom of pan, pour half of cottage cheese mix over noodles. Next layer cheese, Mozzarella cheese. Pour half of meat mix over Mozzarella. Repeat layer. On top of casserole, sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Cover with tin foil, bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Take off tin foil and bake 15 min more. Let cool for 20 min.TWO IMPORTANT TIPS: 1) let cool for 20 min and 2) do not boil the noodles!
