Ingredientes

4 x Sweet potatoes
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. All-purpose flour
1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp To 1 tsp almond extract
Â Â Whipped cream

Direcciones

* Medium size\peeled\cooked\mashedCombine all the ingredients except whipped cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer till well blended. Spoon mix into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 450^ for 25 min or possibly till lightly browned. Serve hot or possibly cold with a dollop of whipped cream.
YIELD: One 9-inch pie.
