Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 bn Scallions, cut in 1 inch pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Pre-chopped garlic
- 1 pkt Pre-cut chicken tenders
- 1 pkt Pre-cut broccoli or possibly carrots
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Pwdr ginger or possibly 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger
- Â Â Hopped
- 1/4 lb Snow peas, fresh or possibly frzn
Direcciones
- Heat electric wok at medium high setting. Add in oil and stir in scallions and garlic. Add in chicken and toss to coat. Cook for 2-3 min. Add in broccoli or possibly carrots and water. Cover and steam for 4 min. Stir in vinegar, soy sauce and ginger. Simmer mix for 2 min. Add in snow peas and toss to coat. Serve with rice.
