Receta No Salt Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 med Onions, minced
- 1 tsp (or possibly less) extra virgin olive oil or possibly PAM
- 2 x Cloves chopped garlic
- 4 x 8 ounce cans no-salt tomatoes
- 2 x 6 ounce cans no-salt tom paste
- 1 c. Red wine
- 1 c. Water
- 2 tsp Dry oregano leaves
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- In a deep saucepan, cook onion in oil or possibly PAM till soft. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hrs. Taste after 1 1/2 hrs and adjust seasoning. Sauteed mushrooms are a great addition.
