Receta (No Sugar) Blueberry Banana Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. mashed banana
- 1 lg. egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. blueberries
Direcciones
- Beat together mashed banana and egg till creamy. Add in lowfat milk and oil; beat well. Add in flour, baking soda and baking pwdr. Beat well. Gently fold in blueberries. Bake in greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves 12.
